Our purpose is to harness the power of responsible gaming by providing informed newsworthy content in one easy to access platform. With nearly 15 years as a publicist in the hospitality & leisure industry, Tracy has managed press campaigns for some of the biggest names in the industry and as the former director of communications of a bipartisan news site, Tracy brings her passion for awareness and education to RGAN.
A veteran of the beverage industry, Tracy melds her commercial success with her passion for mental health awareness and women initiatives with the launch of RGAN.
Tracy has been featured on Nasdaq.com, U.S. News & World Report, AOL.com, TheStreet.com, USA Today, The Business Journals and Teen Vogue and has appeared on the Dr.Oz show. Her work has also appeared in Elite Daily, BuzzFeed and several other publications.
Tracy is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Communications. Tracy is a member of the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center supported by Wells Fargo, Female Founder Collective, The Entreprenista League and Female Founder World. Tracy is also a supporter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and for Dress for Success.

As a successful entrepreneur that has raised capital and exited multiple businesses, Laurance brings more than 25 years of experience in brand creation, strategy, and marketing to RGAN.
As a veteran of the beverage industry, Laurance lends his wealth of knowledge and experience of creating brands and innovative packaging solutions for some of the biggest global brands in the manufacturing industry, while creating a new category in the food and beverage space. With a proven track record of bringing in $25 million in sales between 2020 – 2023 before his successful exit.
Laurance is a graduate of American University with a degree in Communications & Visual Media. Laurance has been quoted in the Financial Times, Newsweek, Associated Press and The New York Daily News and has appeared on WNBC NY, Bravo and MTV Networks.

Michael Zaino, Advisor
Michael advises clients across the spectrum of corporate and securities transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, asset sales, senior and mezzanine debt financings, venture capital investments and corporate reorganizations. Michael has regularly represented leading private equity investors and entrepreneurs providing strategic advice, efficiency and deal execution expertise. Michael’s diverse deal background, including working as a principal investor, has provided him with a multi-faceted understanding of businesses and deal making.
Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Michael was a partner at Wachtel Missry LLP, and a managing director at GH Partners, LLC, a boutique investment bank. Michael began his legal career with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Sam recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Psychology focusing on behavioral psychology and addiction counseling. Sam has worked as a registered behavioral health tech and aided individuals with autism and who were on the spectrum (ASD). Sam is a contributing writer for RGAN.
